Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design.
Please note that in the garment industry, it is common to see a minor variation in the garment measurements. It means that there can sometimes be a small deviation (also known as tolerance) from the listed size guide measurements – up to 1 inch (2.54 cm). This type of minor deviation may happen, and the product is not considered to be defective due to that.
We ship the items in 1-3 business days. It usually takes a day if it is not a holiday season.
First Class shipping will take 2-7 business days and priority shipping will take 2-3 business days. Priority express shipping is 2 business days.
Please check your addresses before ordering. You (the customer) are responsible for providing the correct address and/or apartment number. Packages that are returned back to us or missing due to an invalid address can NOT be refunded or replaced. We cannot cover the reprint/shipping costs unfortunately. We can only offer you a discount if you want to place a replacement order. So again, please double check your addresses! Don’t let this minor mistake prevent you from receiving your order successfully.

Note: We ship orders for production almost instantly, so if there are any errors please contact us as soon as possible.
All the products we produce are made in limited numbers and on order. Therefore, we only accept returns if there is mistake on our side or arrive damaged. However, please contact us if you have a problem with it. Your satisfaction is our priority.
